1. Click the arrow menu
Click the arrow menu next to the schedule tab to reveal additional tab.

2. Click “Calendar”
Click the “Calendar” tab to view, add, or edit scheduled appointments.

3. Select an appointment
Select an appointment that you want to add a charge for.

4. Click “Mark Completed/Checked-In”
Update the appointment status to Completed for the client that you want to charge.

5. Click “Charge or Assign Package”
Click “Charge or Assign Package”.

6. Select a Package or Create a New Package
Select a Package or Create a New Package, then click “Select Payment”.

7. Click “Show Purchase Summary”
Click the “Show Purchase Summary” button to see details.

8. Click “Confirm and Charge”
Click the “Confirm and Charge” button to procced.
