Here’s how to allow clients to message any trainer.

1. Click “Account”.

Click “Account”.

Click 'Account'.

2. Click “Customize Platform”.

Click “Customize Platform”.

Click 'Customize Platform'.

3. Select Staff.

On the Platform Settings tab, select the staff from the drop-down list.

Select Staff.

4. Click “Save”.

Scroll down and save the settings.

Click 'Save'.

Now you can allow clients to message any trainer!
