With the Exercise.com workout tools, you can easily organize your workouts by moving exercises up, down, or between blocks. This makes it simple to adjust the flow of your training sessions whenever you need to.

How to Move Exercises Between Blocks Within a Workout

Follow the steps below to move an exercise up, down, or into another block:

1. Click the up or down arrow next to the exercise you want to move.

Click the up or down arrow to move an exercise.

This will move the exercise one position up or down within the block.

2. When you reach the top or bottom of the block, click the arrow again to move the exercise into the next block.

You can repeat this step any time you want to reorganize exercises or shift them into new blocks.

Now you can quickly adjust your workout structure to match any training goal or routine change.
