Moving Exercises Between Blocks Within a Workout
Here’s how to move an exercise up or down and between blocks:
1. Click the up or down arrow to the left of the title of the exercise that you want to move.
2. Once you reach the top or bottom of the block, click the correct arrow (up/down) once more to move the exercise to the next closest block.
Now you can move exercises from block to block whenever you need to!
