How do I change the date of one of my logged workouts?

With the workout logging tools in the Exercise.com workout logger, you can easily keep your training history accurate. This guide shows you how to change the date of a previously logged workout in the Exercise.com app.

1. Click the Journal Tab on Your Dashboard

Click “Journal” to access your workout logs and find the entry you want to edit.

2. Click the “Edit Workout” Link

Below the workout’s title, click the “edit workout” link.

3. Click the Date at the Top of the Logger

You will be taken to the workout logger. At the top of the logger, click the date and then select the down arrow to open the calendar.

4. Choose the New Workout Date

A calendar will appear. Choose the new date you want to assign to your workout.

5. Click “Log Workout” to Save Your Changes

After selecting the new date, click “Log Workout” at the bottom of the screen. Your workout will now be saved on the correct date.
