The Dashboard page provides a customizable workspace where users can track key performance data using widgets. This guide outlines how to add widgets, choose between Charts and KPIs, customize their settings, and manage the layout of your dashboard.
To add a widget, click the “+ Add Widget” button or the “+” icon. You’ll then be able to choose between adding a Chart or a KPI.

In the “Add Widget” modal, select the Chart tab to add charts to the new Dashboard page.

From the Chart tab, select to expand and display available chart options.

When expanded, search for or select from categories like Accounts, Packages, Revenue, Scheduling, Subscriptions, or Workouts to choose the specific chart you want to display.

For example select the “Accounts” category.

Once a category is selected, a list of available chart items will be displayed. For example, under the “Accounts” category, options include Active Clients, New Clients, and Lead Assessments Completed.

Notice the chart as it initially displays to see the default view.

Click “Configure” to proceed with setting up the chart.

From the “Edit Chart” panel, you can now name your chart, add a description, choose the chart style, select the range type, and set a comparison period on the left side. The right side provides a live preview of how the chart will appear once added to the dashboard.

Click “Update” to save your changes and add the widget to the dashboard.

After configuring the chart, it will now display on the dashboard. Click “Save Changes” to save it.

Now, select a KPI to add it to the new Dashboard page.

From the KPI tab, select to expand and display available chart options.

When expanded, search for or select from categories such as Balance, Subscriptions, Revenue, Accounts, Packages, Scheduling, or Workouts to choose the specific KPI you want to display.

For example select the “Subscriptions” category.

Once a category is selected, a list of available KPI items will be displayed. For example, under the “Subscriptions” category, options include Active Subscriptions, Scheduled Subscriptions, Paused Subscriptions and Pending Cancellation.

Click “Configure” to proceed with setting up the KPI.

From the “Edit KPI” panel, you can now name your KPI , add a description, and select the date range type, and set a comparison period on the left side. The right side provides a live preview of how the KPI will appear once added to the dashboard.

Click “Update” to save your changes and add the widget to the dashboard.

After configuring the KPI, it will now display on the dashboard. Click “Save Changes” to save it.

From the dashboard, hover your mouse over a Chart or KPI, then click the settings icon to configure it.

Click the delete icon on the Chart or KPI to remove it from the dashboard.

Save your changes.

Click the settings icon to reveal additional options, including adding a widget, editing it, deleting it or rearranging it.

Drag and drop the widget to rearrange its position on the dashboard.
