Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to set and notify customers about late cancellation fees. This ensures clear communication with clients and helps enforce your cancellation policies effectively.
This guide explains how customers are notified about late cancellation fees.
Late cancellation fees are configured within the service settings and can be applied either per service or platform-wide. Here is an article on Setting a Per Service Cancellation Policy

1. Click “cancel appointment.”
In the Journal tab, when a client initiates the cancellation process from their dashboard by clicking āCancel Appointment,ā a prompt will appear asking them to confirm the cancellation.
2. Click “Yes” to confirm cancellation.
The prompt will notify the user about the late cancellation fee and require them to confirm by clicking āYesā to proceed.
3. Click āRescheduleā to view options for modifying or canceling the session.
In the booked session, click āRescheduleā to modify or cancel the appointment. A confirmation prompt will appear when rescheduling from the booking page.
4. Click “Actions.”
After clicking the āRescheduleā button, access additional options by clicking āActionsā at the bottom of the page.
5. Click “Cancel it.”
Select āCancel itā from the Actions menu to cancel the appointment.
6. Click “Yes” to confirm cancellation.
A prompt will notify the user about the late cancellation fee and require confirmation by clicking āYesā to proceed.
