Within our platform, you have the ability to view the number of attempts on the failed payments report.
1. Click “Account”
Click “Account”.

2. Click “Reports”
Click “Reports”.

3. Search
Use the search feature to quickly find the report for failed payments.

4. Failed Payments Report
Select the “Failed Payments” report from the results.

5. Select Date Range
Click on the “Select Date Range” button.

6. Refresh Report
Refresh the report for up to date data.

7. Attempts Within This Time Period
Scroll over to view the “Attempts Within This Time Period” column.

By utilizing the new feature, you will be able to view the number of attempts for failed payment transactions.
