This guide shows how to deduct open gym check-ins from a specific service within the Exercise.com for Business workout platform. By enabling this setting, open gym visits will correctly deduct from client packages across kiosk, front desk, and barcode check-ins.

1. Click the Account tab.

Click the Account menu to begin configuring your platform settings.

2. Click Customize Platform.

Select Customize Platform to access customization options for your Exercise.com platform.

3. Click Scheduling Settings.

Click Scheduling Settings to manage how services and check-ins are handled on your platform.

4. Scroll to the “Other Public Page” section.

This section controls how public check-in options, including open gym visits, behave on your platform.

5. Enable the “Open Gym Service” setting.

Enable the Open Gym Service option to assign open gym check-ins to a specific service.

6. Select a specific service.

Select the service that open gym check-ins should deduct from. Only packages associated with this service will be affected.

7. Use the Kiosk Link or Front Desk / Barcode Check-In.

Open gym visits will be deducted from the selected service package when clients check in using the kiosk link or the front desk / barcode check-in.

8. Click “Save.”

Scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.

9. Open the Kiosk Link.

Search for a client using their name, email, or phone number.

10. Select the client.

Click Select next to the correct client from the search results.

11. Confirm the client check-in.

Click Check In to complete the open gym visit.
