With the Workout Logger in Exercise.com for Business, you can switch your Journal to a month view to quickly see all of your workouts in one place. This makes it easy to track your training progress at a glance.
Go to your Journal tab and click the Month button in the top right corner. This will switch your Journal to a full calendar-style layout.
Once you switch to the month view, you’ll be able to see all of your workouts for the month in one clear calendar display.
This makes it easy to track progress, spot trends, and stay on top of your training plan.
