With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can customize workout details such as calories burned to make your tracking more accurate. This guide will show you how to override your calories burned in a workout, starting from the “Journal” tab on your Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click the “Journal” tab to access your workout records and begin a new workout entry.
Select “Log This Workout” to open the workout logging screen and start entering your session details.
Click “Override Calories Burned” to manually enter a custom calorie value for your workout instead of using the system’s automatic estimate.
Type your desired calorie amount into the “Override Calories Burned” field to reflect your actual energy expenditure for this workout.
Click “Log Workout” to save your updated calorie information and record your workout. Your manual override will be stored in your workout history for accurate tracking.
