How do I override my calories burned in a workout?
Here’s how to override your calories burned in a workout, starting from the “Journal” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step 1: Click the “LOG THIS WORKOUT” button.
Step 2: Type in the “Override Calories Burned” input box.
Step 3: Click the “Log Workout” button.
Now you can override the calories burned in a workout!
