Here’s how to set up prepayment requirements for an appointment, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.
Step 1: In the top left dropdown menu, select “Manage Services”
Step 2: Click the pencil icon to edit the service that you want to require prepayment for (or you can create a new one).
Step 3: Scroll down and make sure the “Client signups allowed?” box is checked
Step 4: Check the box for “Require prepayment?”
Step 5: Click Save Service to confirm
Now that you can set up prepayment requirements for a specific service, you will always ensure payment for that service is collected as part of the booking process.
