How to Print Alternate Workouts on Web

To print alternate workouts within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
This guide provides instructions for printing workouts and alternate workouts for both the trainer view and the client view.
1. Plans
Navigate to the plans section.
2. Select Plan
Select the plan.
3. Print Workout
On the calendar, click more options on a workout and select “Print Workout” from the list. The PDF will open in a new tab.
4. Access Workout
Click into a workout.
5. More Options
Click the three dot menu for more options.
6. Print Workout
Select “Print Workout” from the list. The PDF will open in a new tab.
7. Select Alternate Workout
Scroll down and select the alternate workout.
8. More Options
Click the three dot menu for more options.
9. Print Workout
Select “Print Workout” from the list. The PDF will open in a new tab.
10. Print Workout
When logged in as the client, go to a scheduled workout on the dashboard and click the “Print Workout” link.
11. Select Workout
Select a workout from the list. The PDF will open in a new tab.
12. My Stuff
Access the “My Stuff” section.
13. My Workout Plans
Go to “My Workout Plans” from the menu.
14. View Plan
View the plan.
15. Print Workout
Print the current workout or the alternate workout. The PDF will open in a new tab.
