With the Workout Logger in Exercise.com for Business, clients can print clean summaries of any workout that is part of a workout plan. This makes it easy for them to view their workouts offline or take a printed copy to the gym.
Open the workout plan and click the workout day you want to print. This will show the full list of exercises for that day.
Scroll to the bottom of the exercise list and click the Print Daily Summary link.
A PDF view of the workout will open in a new window. Follow your web browser’s print steps to save or print the summary.
Now your clients can use a clean printed copy of their workout during training sessions or when offline.
