Re-order Workouts in Creator

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily adjust the order of workouts to match your training schedule.

This guide will walk you through the process of re-ordering workouts in the workout creator.

1. Navigate to the “Plans” tab.

3. Hide Workout Details

To make re-ordering workouts easier, click on the “Hide Workout Details” icon.

4. Select a Workout then click the up arrow to “Send to top of day” the selected workout.

Check the box next to a workout. Additional options will display at the bottom of the screen. “Send to top of day” by clicking on the up arrow.

5. The workout will be moved to the top of the day.

6. Drag and Drop workout.

You can also re-order workouts by moving them from one day to another. Click and hold down on a workout and drag and drop to another day. By default the workout will be added to the bottom of the workout list.
