With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can quickly rearrange exercises to customize any workout for your clients. In this guide, you’ll learn how to move exercises up or down in a workout plan so the routine matches your preferred order.
Click the workout that contains the exercise you want to move.

Click the up or down arrow to the left of the exercise name to move it higher or lower in the list.

Continue clicking the up or down arrows until each exercise is in the order you want for the workout.

You can now rearrange exercises in the Workout Plan Creator to create a smooth flow for each workout. This helps you fine-tune programming, match your preferred coaching order, and deliver a better training experience for your clients.
