With the Workout Plan Creator on Exercise.com for Business, you can easily move between different workout days to review and edit your client programs. This guide shows you how to view different days and routines within a workout plan.
Open the Workout Plan Creator from your Dashboard to start reviewing the plan.
Select the “Edit Plan” button to begin making changes to the workout schedule.
Click the workout you want to open and review.
Use the left and right arrows next to the date to move backward or forward one workout day at a time.
To jump to a workout in a different week, click the down arrow next to the date and choose a new day from the drop-down menu.
Now you can easily move between days and weeks in the Workout Plan Creator, helping you manage and review your clients’ training programs with confidence.
