How to Record Clients’ Health Data

With the Exercise.com Member Management platform, you can easily record and track clients’ health metrics to ensure accurate progress monitoring. If you told your client you’d update their health log but aren’t sure how to do it, don’t worry! Follow these quick steps to record their health data accurately.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to the Accounts Section

Click the Accounts tab in the left-hand menu to access your client profiles.

2. Select a Client Name

Click on the client’s name whose health data you want to record.

3. Access the Measurements Tab

Click Measurements to open the tab where you can enter new health data.

4. Create a New Measurement Entry

Click New to start entering a new set of measurements.

5. Choose the Weight Measurement

Click Weight, enter the client’s weight, then click Save to record the data.

6. Confirm and Review the Recorded Data

After saving, verify that the new measurement appears correctly in the client’s measurement list. You can repeat these steps to record other metrics like hydration, body fat percentage, biological age, or resting heart rate.
