How to Enable the Refer-a-Friend Feature for Packages

With the Exercise.com payments platform, you can offer rewards to your clients when they refer new members. This guide shows you how the Refer-a-Friend feature works from start to finish.

1. Open the Refer-a-Friend Screen

Clients can view and copy their unique referral link from the Refer-a-Friend screen in the app.

2. Copy the Invite Link

Tap the “Copy My Invite Link” button to copy your unique referral link.

3. Sign Up as a Referee

When a new user signs up using the link, they will enter their email address, select a package to purchase, and click “Continue” to proceed.

4. Review the Package Details

The referee can review what is included in the package before continuing to checkout.

5. Enter the Referee’s Information

The new user enters their personal information, such as first name, last name, country, and address. Click “Continue” to move to the checkout page.

6. Enter Payment Information

Enter payment details and agree to the Terms of Service. Click “Pay Now” to complete the purchase.

7. Go to Accounts

From the business dashboard, open the Accounts tab to view your client list.

8. Scroll Down to Payment Details

Scroll down until you see the Payment Details section.

9. View the Account Balance

Click the Account Balance tab to see that credit has been added to the referrer’s account for the successful referral.
