How to Remove Access to Purchased Plan

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can easily assign and manage client plans. This guide explains how to remove access for a purchased plan.

1. Access Plans

Log in as a client and click the Plans tab in the side menu to view available workout plans for purchase.

2. View Plan Details

From the client account, the user can purchase any available plans for sale.

3. Purchase Plan

Click Purchase Plan to proceed with the purchase.

4. Pay Now

After selecting a plan, click Pay Now to complete the payment.

5. Continue Purchase

Select Continue Purchase to proceed with the transaction.

6. Access My Stuff

Go to My Stuff and confirm that the client now has access to the purchased plan.

7. Client

From the Trainer’s account: Go to the Accounts tab and select the client whose access to the purchased plan you want to remove.

8. Workouts

From the client’s Workouts tab, click the three-dot menu next to the assigned plan and choose Unassign Plan.

9. Unassign Purchased Plan

Click Unassign to remove the workout plan from the client’s account.

10. Confirm

Confirm the plan deletion. The client will no longer have access to the workout plan.

11. Verify Client Access

Back on the client’s account, navigate to My Stuff again and confirm that the plan is no longer accessible.
