How to Remove Access to Purchased Plan
To remove access to purchased plans within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
1. Access Plans
Log in as a client and access the available workout plans for purchase under the Plans tab in the side menu.

2. View Plan Details
From the client account, the user can purchase any available plans for sale

3. Purchase Plan
“Click ‘Purchase Plan’ to proceed with the purchase.

4. Pay Now
Select “Pay Now” to complete the payment.

5. Continue to Purchase
Select “Continue to Purchase” to proceed with the transaction.

6. Access My Stuff
Go to “My Stuff” and confirm that the client now has access to the purchased plan.

7. Client
From the Trainerās account: Go to the Accounts tab and select the client whose access to the purchased plan you want to remove.

8. Workouts
Select a workout, then click the three-dot menu to choose the option to remove or unassign the purchased plan.

9. Unassign Purchase Plan
Click “Unassign” to remove the workout plan from the clientās account.

10. Confirm
Confirm the plan deletion. The client will no longer have access to the workout plan.

11. Plans
“Back on the clientās account, navigate to ‘My Stuff’ again and confirm that the plan is no longer accessible.

12. Re-Purchase
From the client account, the user can purchase any available plans for sale

13. Assign By Trainer
The workout plan can also be added and charged by the trainer. On the client’s workout plans page, click “Assign Workout Plan”.

14. Select the Plan
In the pop-up modal, select the desired plan.

15. Charge for Plan
Click “Proceed to Checkout” to charge the client.

16. Select Payment Method
After selecting a payment method, click ‘Review Order’ to finalize the purchase.

17. Confirm Charge
Click on āConfirm Chargeā to assign the plan.
