How We Handle Feature Requests
We pride ourselves on being SUPER responsive to customer requests! When a new request is received, it gets added to our Feature Request Tracking board, where our team can flesh out the details and discuss what is / isn’t important to include.
We also keep track of how many people are requesting something similar.
Every 2 weeks, we meet together to discuss priorities, decide what new features to build out, and determine the best way to implement changes.
What happens when it’s ready to go?
Once a new feature go live, we reach out to everyone who’s requested it to let them know that it’s now available on the platform.
We also send out regular update emails to all of our customers to keep them in the loop on latest updates.
