This guide shows you how to require clients to log each workout in a plan before moving on to the next one. This setting helps keep clients on track and ensures they complete each workout in order. You can manage these settings within your workout plans in our Workout Plan Creator.

1. Go to the Plans Tab

Click the Plans tab on your Dashboard to open your workout plans.

2. Open the Plan Options Menu

Click the three-dot menu next to the plan you want to update.

3. Click Edit Plan

Select Edit Plan to open the plan editing screen.

4. Open Plan Settings

Click Plan Settings to adjust the plan’s workout requirements.

5. Turn On the Require Workout Logging Setting

Toggle on the option labeled Require Workout Logging to make clients log each workout before moving forward.

6. Save the Plan

Click Save Plan to save your updated settings.

7. Publish the Plan Updates

Click Publish Changes to make the updated settings live for your clients.

8. Sync Workouts to Users

Click Sync Workouts to All Users to push the updated plan requirements to all clients using this plan.
