Reschedule from the Appointments Tab

In this guide, we’ll show you how to reschedule a session using the new Appointments tab in your Exercise.com booking system. This feature helps clients easily manage their appointments directly through the Exercise.com app.

1. Go to the Dashboard

From your Dashboard, select “My Sessions” to view your upcoming appointments.

Select 'My Sessions' from your app dashboard.

2. Select an Upcoming Appointment

Select a session from your list of upcoming appointments.

Select an upcoming appointment.

3. Tap “Cancel or Change”

Tap the “Cancel or Change” button under your session details.

Tap 'Cancel or Change' under session details.

4. Tap “Reschedule”

Tap “Reschedule” to reschedule your appointment.

Tap 'Reschedule' to change appointment time.

5. Choose a New Time Slot

On the next screen, find an available time slot and tap “Book” to confirm your new appointment time.

Select a new time slot and tap 'Book'.

6. Confirm Your Session

Tap “Book Session” to confirm and finalize your rescheduled appointment.

Tap 'Book Session' to confirm reschedule.

7. Verify Your New Appointment

Return to “Upcoming Appointments” to verify that your new appointment time has been updated.

View your updated appointment in Upcoming Appointments.
