How do I reschedule a workout plan for my client?

With Exercise.com’s Workout Plan Creator, you can easily reschedule a workout plan for your clients. This guide walks you through the steps.

1. Click “Accounts”.

Click Accounts to access the list of your clients and manage their profiles.

Click Accounts.

2. Search or Select a Client.

Search for or select a client’s account to open their details and view workout plans.

3. Click “Workouts”.

Click Workouts to view the client’s workout plans.

Click Workouts.

4. Click the Manage Icon (three dots).

Click the three-dot Manage icon to access the workout plan you want to reschedule.

Click the Manage icon.

5. Click “Edit Plan”.

Click Edit Plan to modify the existing workout schedule for your client.

Click Edit Plan.

6. Click the Workout Plan Image.

Click the plan image to open details.

Click the Workout Plan image.

7. Choose the Start Date.

Select the new start date for your client’s workout plan.

Choose the start date.

8. Choose a Scheduling Option.

Select either “Schedule as planned” or “Select days” based on how you want the workouts arranged.

9. Choose the First Workout.

Use the dropdown list to select which workout will start first.

Choose the first workout.

10. Click “Next Step”.

Click “Next Step” to continue to confirmation.

Click Next Step.

11. Click “Start Plan!”

Click “Start Plan!” to save your changes and reschedule the plan.

Click Start Plan!

You’ve now successfully rescheduled your client’s workout plan using the Exercise.com platform. Confirm by reviewing the updated plan details in the client’s profile.
