With Exercise.com’s Workout Plan Creator, you can easily restart a workout plan for your clients. This guide walks you through the steps.
Click Accounts to access the list of your clients and manage their profiles.
Search for or select a client’s account to open their details and view workout plans.
Click Workouts to view the client’s workout plans.
Click the three-dot Manage icon to access the workout plan you want to restart.
Click Edit Plan to make changes to the workout schedule.
Click the plan image to open details.
Select the new start date for the workout plan.
Select either “Schedule as planned” or “Select days” depending on how you want workouts arranged.
Use the dropdown list to select which workout will begin the restarted plan.
Click “Next Step” to continue to confirmation.
Click “Start Plan!” to restart the client’s workout plan.
You’ve now successfully restarted your client’s workout plan using the Exercise.com platform. Confirm by reviewing the updated plan details in the client’s profile.
