How do I pull in clients’ most recently logged data for an exercise when logging a workout on the web platform?

Here’s how to pull in clients’ most recently logged data for an exercise when logging a workout on the web platform. Step-by-step instructions are below.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the client calendar.

Step 2: Click on a workout that has an exercise that the client has logged in the past and select “Log Workout” from the fly out menu.

  

Step 2: Click the “RX” button to populate with most recently logged data.

 

Here’s what it looks like after you select “RX”: 

 

Step 3: Click “Log Workout” at the bottom to complete. 

  

Now that you can pull in clients’ most recently logged data for an exercise when logging a workout on the web platform, logging their workouts is easier than ever!
