Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to review failed check-ins.
In this guide, you will learn how to review failed check-ins.
1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Reports
Access “Reports” tab from the expanded menu.
3. Search Reports
Search for “Failed Barcodes” in the field or under “Visit” Reports.
4. Failed Barcodes
Select the “Failed Barcodes” report.
5. Refresh Report
Refresh the report.
6. View Results
View the results.
