How do I save workouts from a calendar as a week-based plan?

Here’s how to save workouts from a calendar as a week-based plan, starting from the “Clients” or “Groups” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the client or group calendar icon.

Step 2: Select the workouts you would like to create a plan from.

Once you have selected the workouts, click on the “Create plan from selected workouts” icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Customize the new plan settings.

You can choose to “Create and go to Plan” or just “Create Plan”.

Now you can save workouts from a calendar as a week-based plan!
