How to Schedule a Message

To schedule messages within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.

Learn how to compose and schedule a message with a custom subject and delivery time.

1. Messages

Navigate to the “Messages” tab.

Click on the “Compose New Message” icon.

3. Select Recipient

Enter the recipient into the field and then select the contactfrom the list.

4. Enter Message

Enter the message.

5. Upload Options

Click on the plus icon for upload options.

6. Send Options

Click on the down arrow next to the send button.

7. Delivery Methods

Select the delivery methods for the message.

8. Custom Time

Under “Schedule Message”, select Custom Time.

9. Calendar Icon

Click on the calendar icon to access the date selector and pick your preferred day.

10. Time Selector

Click into the “Select Time” field to bring up the time selector.

11. Select Time

Choose the exact minute for your message to be sent.

12. Schedule Message

Confirm the AM or PM setting to finalize the time period for sending your message.
