With the Exercise.com workout logger, you can easily follow a workout plan and schedule your workouts so they appear on your calendar automatically. This guide walks you through how to start a plan, choose your workout days, and begin training in the Exercise mobile app.
Click the Plans section to view the workout plans available to you.
Click View Details to see information about the workout plan before starting it.
Click Start This Plan to begin following the selected workout plan.
Choose the date you want your plan to begin.
Select the days of the week you want to complete your workouts.
Tap to confirm your selected workout days before moving forward.
Select the workout you want to start with when your plan begins.
Click Next Step to continue setting up your workout plan.
If needed, click Change to adjust any of your plan choices.
Click Start Plan! to finalize your selections and activate your workout plan.

If not, click the “No thanks, I already have the app.” link to go straight to your Journal.
Your scheduled workouts will appear in the workout logger automatically on the days you selected. To edit your workout days in the future, follow this guide.
