In this article, we’ll show you how to set up your first workout schedule. Step-by-step instructions are below!
Step 1: Visit the plan’s webpage
Once you find a workout plan that you would like to follow, click on the workout plan and select “Start this Plan” on the left side of the workout plan’s webpage.
A pop-up window will ask you to choose your workout days. Certain days will be recommended, but you can make adjustments to create a custom schedule.
Step 2: Schedule workout days and first workout
Step 3: Enter Rep Max information (if needed)
Click “Next Step” to proceed with inputting Rep Max information, if applicable.
Step 4: Confirm plan settings and start the plan
Click “Next Step” to proceed with confirming your scheduled plan and setting up daily workout reminders.
Click “Start Plan” to proceed with beginning your workout plan. If you have not yet downloaded the Exercise.com Mobile App,
Step 5: Text yourself a link to download the Mobile App

Your scheduled workouts will automatically appear in the workout logger on the days you chose.
