How to Schedule Assessments from a Sequence on Specific Days
Here’s how to schedule assessments from a sequence on specific days, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
1. Click more “Actions” icon.
In the clients tab, select a client, then click the “More Actions” icon to access the client’s calendar.

2. Click “View calendar.”
Click “View Calendar” to navigate to the calendar page, where you can schedule assessments from a sequence of specific days.

3. Click “Import” icon.
Click the “Import” icon to import an assessment sequence.

4. Click “Import assessment sequence.”
Click the “Import” icon to import an assessment sequence.

5. Click “Search Assessment Sequence.”
Select or search for an assessment sequence to customize and add to the client’s calendar.

6. Click the current date under “Start Date.”
Click the current date display to open the calendar date picker.

7. Select the days on which to add the assessment.
Choose the days on which the assessments should be scheduled and repeated.

8. Click “Advanced Scheduling.” (Optional)
After selecting the days for the assessment, you may also click Advanced Scheduling to further customize how assessments are scheduled.

9. Customize dates for weekly and exercise leaderboard assessments.
Use this option to set specific dates for recurring assessments, such as weekly check-ins or exercise leaderboard tracking.

10. Click “Default Scheduling” to return.
If needed, click Default Scheduling to discard customizations and return to the default scheduling setup.

11. Input “Message” and click “Send Message to Client via…”
Type your message in the provided field, then choose how you’d like to send it to the client by clicking “Send Message to Client via…”

12. Choose the Delivery Method.
Select the preferred delivery method (Email, iOS/Android Push Notification, Text Message)

13. Click “Add Calendar.”
Click Add to Calendar to complete the process of importing or adding the selected assessment sequence to the client’s calendar.

14. View the assessments on the client calendar.

Now you can schedule assessments from a sequence on specific days!
