Within our workout software built for gyms and personal trainers, you have the ability to select different workout types.
Starting from the “Workout Plan Creator,” follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.
Step 1: Select a workout type from the drop-down list.
Note: Switching between workout types may result in lost data depending on which type of workout you’re switching to and switching from.
Step 2: Customize the settings.
Step 2a: Block Programming
Step 2b: No Blocks
Step 2c: Text Entry and Exercises
Text Entry and Exercises combines blocks and text entry for the workout and block details. This is best for adding custom text instructions and still allowing clients to log their data
Step 2d: Text Entry
For text entry only all the workout information and exercise details will be entered into the text box. This is best for CrossFit style WODs where there’s only one score to be recorded.
