How to Send an Email When a Subscription Plan Changes

With Exercise.com’s payment management tools, you can keep clients informed when their subscription payment plans change. In this guide, you’ll learn how to enable automatic email notifications so clients receive an alert every time their subscription plan is updated.

1. Open the Notification Settings Section

Click the profile image in the top-right corner to access your notification settings.

2. Select Notification Settings

Click “Notification Settings” to view and manage your notification preferences.

3. Enable Subscription Change Notification

Check the box next to “Subscription Changed” to turn on this notification. When enabled, accounts will receive an email anytime a subscription’s payment plan changes.

4. Save Notification Changes

Click “Save Changes” to apply your notification settings.

5. Navigate to the Accounts Section

Click “Accounts” to view and manage user accounts.

6. Select a User Account

Click the account you want to open to view its details.

Click “Payment Details” to view or update the account’s payment information.
