In this guide, you’ll learn how to make a service public but not bookable using the Exercise.com for Business booking platform. This is helpful when you want clients to see a service you offer without allowing online scheduling.

1. Open the Schedule Tab

Navigate to the Schedule section from your dashboard.

Find the service you want to update. Click the three-dot menu next to it and select the “Edit Service” option to modify its details.

4. Disable Booking for This Service

Check the box labeled “Disable Booking on the public booking page.” This allows the service to remain visible without enabling online scheduling.

5. Save the Service

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Service” button to apply your changes.

Now your service will appear on the public booking page without allowing clients to book it. This is helpful when you want to display your offerings for informational purposes but control how bookings are handled.
