How do I set a time limit for a workout?

Here’s how to set a time limit for a workout, starting from the “Plans” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Create or edit a plan.

 

Step 2: Click on a day to edit or add a workout.

 

Step 3: Scroll down and enter the time in the “Add a Time Limit” section. 

 

Now you can set a time limit for a workout!
