How Do I Set Session Intervals in the Availability Schedule?
Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to set session intervals in the availability schedule.
Starting from the āScheduleā tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.
1. Click “Availability Schedules” tab in the left sidebar.
In the āScheduleā tab, click on āAvailability Schedulesā to access and manage your session availability.

2. Create a new schedule or edit an existing one to update your availability.
From the Schedules page, click ā+ New Scheduleā to add a new schedule, or select an existing one and click the three-dot menu to edit it.

3. Select the available services from the dropdown list.
In the Bookable Services section, choose the services you want to offer from the dropdown list.

4. Set custom intervals.
In the Advanced Settings section, you can set custom intervals for your sessions:
- Time Buffer Before Session (in minutes): Enter the number of minutes to add as a buffer before each booked session. This helps prevent back-to-back bookings and allows for prep time.
- Time Buffer After Session (in minutes): Enter the number of minutes to add as a buffer after each booked session. This helps avoid double booking and provides transition time between appointments. The number of minutes entered determines the session intervals clients will see when browsing available time slots on the booking page.
Once configured, click the āSaveā button to apply your changes.
