In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up an exercise so that it is logged as “Each Side
From the “Plans” tab, choose the plan you want to edit, or create a new one.
Click “Workout #1” to select the workout where you will add the exercise.
Check the “Each Side?” box.
Click the back button to return to the plan calendar, then finalize your changes and save the workout.
Click on the “Publish changes” button in the top right corner to save changes and confirm the new plan settings.
