In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up an exercise so that it is logged as “Each Side

Go to cleandemo.staging.exercise.com

1. Select Plan

From the “Plans” tab, choose the plan you want to edit, or create a new one.

2. Select Workout

Click “Workout #1” to select the workout where you will add the exercise.

3. Enable Each Side Setting

Check the “Each Side?” box.

4. Calendar View

Click the back button to return to the plan calendar, then finalize your changes and save the workout.

5. Publish Settings

Click on the “Publish changes” button in the top right corner to save changes and confirm the new plan settings.

You have successfully set up an exercise to be logged as “Each Side” within your workout plan. This configuration ensures that each side of the body is tracked separately during exercise logging.
