Once you have logged a workout in the Exercise.com app, you can share the workout with friends on select social media, such as Facebook, in addition to the Exercise.com site activity feed. To share your logged workout, start in your Dashboard. Then tap the title of the workout that you just logged, for example, “No Weights Legs Workout.”
From the “Workout Summary,” tap the export icon near the bottom of the screen.
Then choose how you would like to share the workout. If you want to share your workout on Facebook, for example, simply tap the Facebook icon. Sign in to your Facebook account if needed, add a message, and then tap “Post.” Your workout will then be shared on your Facebook account.
