You can post your workouts to Facebook or other social networks at the end of your workout!
Click the link to view instructions for the app you’re using:
Begin to log a workout as you usually would, filling out sets, reps, weight, etc.
Before clicking “Log Workout” at the bottom of the workout logger, select the “Post to Facebook” option.

Once the box is checked, click “Log Workout.” Your workout will be logged, and it will appear on your Facebook account, as well as the site activity feeds.


Now you can show off all of your progress to your friends!
