How do I set up the signup time limit to prevent clients from signing up for an appointment too late?

Here’s how to set up a time limit required to sign up prior to the appointment time, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: In the top left dropdown menu, select “Manage Services”.


Step 2: Click the pencil icon to edit the service that you want to add a signup deadline for (or create a new one).


Step 3: Make sure the “Client signups allowed?” box is checked.


Step 4: Enter your signup deadline in hours under “Close signups how many hours before?”.


Step 5: Click “Save Service” to confirm.


Now that you can require a time limit to sign up prior to the appointment time, you won’t have to worry about late signups!
