Here’s how to receive a text or email alert when a client responds to a YES/NO appointment notification, starting from your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step 1: Click on your profile and select “Notification Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Check the “Session Response Text” and/or the “Session Response Email” box.
Scroll down and click the “Save Changes” button.
