How to Specify Specific Sub-Asset(s) on a Service with Multiple Types of Sub-Assets
To specify sub-assets on a service with multiple sub-assets within your fitness business management software, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

1. Schedule
Navigate to the “Schedule” section.

2. Services
Click on the “Services” tab from the expanded menu.

3. Create or Edit Service
Create or edit a service.

4. Select Parent Asset
Select a parent asset from the list.

5. Select Correct Usage
Specify how the service uses sub-assets by selecting the correct usage model:
- Yes – each session uses 1 sub-asset: Each session uses one of the selected sub-assets. Once all are in use, booking is blocked.
- Yes – each attendee uses 1 sub-asset: Each attendee uses one of the selected sub-assets. Once all are in use, booking is blocked.
- No – parent asset is at capacity when 1 session is booked: All selected sub-assets are reserved. If no sub-assets are specified, all are reserved.

6. Select Sub-Asset
Open the sub-asset selection dropdown and select the sub-assets to assign to your service. You can also keep the “Default All” as your selection.

7. Save Service
Save the service.

8. Return to Schedule
Go back to the “Schedule” section.

9. Calendar
Click on the “Calendar” tab.

10. Create a Session
Click on the calendar to open the session modal.

11. Select a Location
After selecting the service, select a location that has assets.

12. Select Asset
Select an Asset.

13. Select Correct Usage
Specify how the service uses sub-assets, selecting the correct usage model.

14. Copy Rules From Service
Use the option to copy rules from the service for consistency.

15. Save Session
Save the session.
