How do I start a workout plan for my client?

With Exercise.com’s Workout Plan Creator, you can easily start a workout plan for your clients. This guide walks you through the steps.

1. Click “Accounts”.

Click “Accounts” to access the client account management area, where you can select the client for whom you want to start a workout plan.

Click Accounts.

2. Search or Select a Client.

Search for or select a specific client.

3. Click “Workouts”.

Click “Workouts” to navigate to the workout plans section within the client’s profile.

Click Workouts.

4. Click the Manage Icon (three dots).

Click the three-dot Manage icon to open workout plan options.

Click the Manage icon.

5. Click “View Plan”.

Click “View Plan” to review the details of the workout plan you intend to start.

Click View Plan.

6. Select the Workout Plan Image.

Click the image to select the workout plan you want to assign to your client.

7. Click “Next Step”.

Click “Next Step” to continue through the setup process for starting the workout plan.

Click Next Step.

8. Click “Start Plan!”

Click “Start Plan!” to officially begin the workout plan for your client, activating the schedule and tracking.

9. Click “Started Plans”.

Click “Started Plans” to view all workout plans that are currently active for your clients.

Click Started Plans.

10. View Started Workout Plans.

You can now view all workout plans that have been started for your client.

11. Click the Manage Icon (three dots).

Click the three-dot Manage icon to select the specific started plan you want to manage or review.

Click the Manage icon.

12. Click “Stop Plan”.

Click “Stop Plan” to pause or end the workout plan if needed for your client.

Click Stop Plan.

13. Click “Stop”.

Click “Stop” to confirm stopping the workout plan, completing the process of managing the client’s workout schedule.

Click Stop.

You’ve now successfully started a workout plan for your client using the Exercise.com platform. You can view active plans in the “Started Plans” section and stop them anytime if needed. This helps ensure your clients follow a structured training schedule.
