With the Exercise.com workout platform, it’s easy to access, schedule, and start any workout plan your trainer assigns. This guide shows you how to follow your assigned workout plan from the website, the app, your notifications, or your email.
Click the link to view instructions for the app you’re using:
Click the My Stuff section to view your personal exercise resources.
Click My Workout Plans to see all workout plans assigned to you.
Click My Available Workout Plans to access the plans ready for you to start.
Click Start Plan to begin the process of scheduling your workout.
Select the date you want your new workout plan to begin.
Click Next Step to continue with the workout plan setup.
Click Start Plan! to officially begin your workout plan.
Click the notifications icon in the upper-right corner of your Dashboard to follow your assigned workout plan.
When your trainer assigns you a workout plan, you will receive an email notification. Click the link in the message to view your plan.
