If you want to change up your workouts, you might need to stop your current plan. Here’s how to do that on the web and apps:
Navigate to the “My Stuff” section.
Open the “My Workout Plans” section.
Select the option to stop following the current plan.
Confirm the action by clicking on “yes.”
Tap your profile image to open the “My Profile” page.
Click on “Followed Plans”
Select the plan you wish to unfollow.
Select the plan you want to stop & tap “Stop Plan”
Please confirm if you would like to discontinue following the plan.
Once you stop following the workout plan, it will no longer appear in your workout logger, and you will not receive any more email reminders for that workout plan.
