How do I superset exercises in the Workout Plan Creator?

In this guide, we’ll show you how to select exercises and create a superset block using the Workout Plan Creator on your Exercise.com for Business account.

1. Open the Plans Section

Click the Plans section to access your workout plans.

2. Select a Specific Plan

Click the three-dot menu next to the plan you want to edit.

3. Enter Plan Editing Mode

Click Edit Plan to begin modifying your selected workout plan.

4. Start Building a Workout

Click Build Workout to start creating or editing workouts in your plan.

5. Select Exercises

Click Search to find and add exercises to your workout.

6. Group the Exercises

Click the link icons to group the exercises into a block.

7. Edit Block

Select the block you just created to edit its settings.

8. Set the Block to Superset

For Block Type, select Superset from the drop-down menu.

9. Set the Number of Rounds

Set the number of rounds for your superset block. Your exercises will now be grouped and performed as a superset.

You’ve now created a superset block in your workout plan. This feature helps you streamline programming for clients who perform paired exercises efficiently.
