How do I swap all exercises in a workout plan?

With the Workout Logger on the Exercise.com for Business platform, you can quickly swap all exercises in a workout plan to customize training for any client.

To swap all exercises in a workout plan, start from the “Plans” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step guide below.

1. Click “Log Workout”.

2. Select a Workout.

Select the workout you want to modify.

3. Select Workout to Edit.

Click “Select Workout” to open the workout you want to adjust.

4. Start the Exercise Swap.

Click the “Swap” icon next to the exercise you want to replace.

5. Choose a New Exercise.

Click “Select a New Exercise” to view the list of available replacement options.

6. Select the Replacement Exercise.

Choose the exercise you want to use as the replacement from the list.

7. Close the Exercise Selection Window.

After selecting the replacement exercise, click “Close” to return to the workout plan.

Note: Any attributes shared between the original exercise and the replacement exercise will be pre-populated automatically.

You have now swapped exercises in your workout plan. This feature helps you quickly update training programs so clients always receive workouts tailored to their needs.
