Using our Workout Software, you have the ability to swap all exercises in a workout plan.
To swap all exercises in a workout plan, start from the “Plans” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step guide below.
Step 1: Click on a workout to edit.
Step 2: Click on the “swap” link for the exercise you would like to swap.
Step 3: Click on the “Filter or Swap All Exercises” link.
Step 4: Select the exercise to be swapped for.
Check the “Swap all instances of this exercise in this Week Plan?” box.
Step 5: Customize the exercise settings and click on the “Swap All Exercises” button.
Common attributes between the two exercises will be pre-populated.
Now, you can swap all exercises in a workout plan!
